# Welcome to TradeStory!

TradeStory is a platform where you can trade items and services **without using money**. Whether you have an old tennis racket, unused art supplies, or skills to share, you can exchange them for things you actually want.

## Why Trade Without Money?

Money can be a barrier. Not everyone has cash on hand, but everyone has something valuable to offer. TradeStory removes that barrier and lets you:

## How It Works in 3 Steps

### 1. Post What You Have
Take a few photos of your item or service. Write a clear description. List what you'd accept in trade. Hit "Create Post" and you're live!

### 2. Browse Offers
People will submit offers for your item. Each offer shows what they're offering in exchange. You can chat with them, ask questions, and see community reactions.

### 3. Choose & Meet
Pick the offer you like best (or let the community vote via Live Auction!). Arrange to meet at a verified Safe Spot. Complete the trade and rate your experience.

## Your First Trade: A Quick Guide

**Step 1:** Click "Create Post" in the header

**Step 2:** Upload 1-3 clear photos

**Step 3:** Write a descriptive title

**Step 4:** List what you'd trade for (be specific!)

**Step 5:** Choose your location and post

Within hours, you'll start getting offers. Review them, pick one, and complete your first trade!
